How do I check rates and availability and make a reservation online?
To make a reservation request online please use the "Reserve It Now!" form located conveniently on the left hand side of each page.
You will receive an email back with availability and rates based on the criteria that you filled out on the form. You can also contact our Customer Service and Reservation Center by calling 800-282-2121 and a representative will gladly help you.
What happens if my plans change and I forget to change or cancel my reservations? Will I be charged?
Since you guaranteed your room for arrival using your credit card, you will be billed a minimum of one night's stay if you do not cancel your reservation prior to the cancellation deadline. Please be sure to note the cancellation policy when making your reservation. This information is given to you once your reservation has been confirmed.

For groups needing ten or more rooms, please use our Customer Service or call (800)472-1188. A member of the Group Sales team will email or call you with availability and rates.
Our pet policy varies by location. To verify that a hotel accepts pets, contact Customer Service. Some properties may charge a fee to allow you to have your pets at the location.
